Job Title: Programme Delivery Lead Navy

Location: Rugby

Business Area: Navy

Who we are…

Quartzelec is an independent, multi-disciplined service provider, proudly employing over 600 people in the UK and beyond, with a turnover exceeding £90 million.

Due to continued growth and contract awards within the Navy business, we are looking to supplement the team with a Programme Delivery Lead.

The Role…

The Programme Delivery Lead is responsible for the successful planning, coordination and delivery of a long-term strategic customer programme, ensuring contractual commitments are met safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Acting as the primary point of contact for the customer, the Programme Delivery Lead will build and maintain strong working relationships while coordinating cross-functional teams, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver an evolving programme of work. The role requires the ability to manage competing priorities, respond effectively to changing customer requirements and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment where information may be incomplete.

This role will provide leadership across programme planning, procurement, cost control, quality, documentation and risk management, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the programme delivers value for both the customer and the business throughout the contract lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
