Job description

About the Role

You will be the engine room of a high-profile, dedicated programme: "Making IBCA a Great Place to Work". Working closely with the Programme Lead, you will have a tangible impact on our organisational culture. Your focus will be on embedding positive ways of working, accelerating our maturity, and providing practical support to our people as they navigate this period of change. This is a unique opportunity to build something foundational from the ground up.

Taking ownership of the day-to-day delivery of this 12-month programme, you will translate strategy into action, keep timelines on track, and ensure our workforce's voice is heard.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive Programme Delivery: Own the 12-month project plan, actively tracking milestones, managing risks, and ensuring all interlinked workstreams are delivered on time.
  • Harness Data & Insights: Lead the collection and analysis of engagement metrics, pulse surveys, and employee feedback. You will use these insights to measure success, spot trends, and report directly to the Board.
  • Create Impactful Resources: Design practical, user-friendly toolkits and communication materials that support line managers and teams through rapid scaling and location changes.
  • Champion Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the programme's central hub, partnering with HR, internal comms, and site champions to drive a unified culture across all locations.
  • Facilitate Change: Design and lead engaging workshops, focus groups, and briefings that build team cohesion and embed our new ways of working.
  • Align with the Wider Business: Integrate programme initiatives seamlessly with our business-as-usual HR activities to maximise our overall impact on employee experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
