Portfolio Management, Programme Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Management, Programme Delivery Manager 100% Remote Volunteering for our International New York free mental health initiative to become a key member of our Senior Leadership Team reporting to CEO

What difference will you make?

As Programme Delivery Manager, you will become one of the organisation's most senior operational leaders.

Your leadership will ensure Think Tenacity can scale sustainably while maintaining the quality, professionalism and community impact that defines our work.

Your contribution will enable us to

  • Help reduce health inequalities experienced by Black and marginalised communities.
  • Deliver more community mental health programmes.
  • Strengthen organisational systems.
  • Improve programme quality and consistency.
  • Increase our social impact.

What are we looking for?

Skills / Experience

  • Minimum three years experience in a similar leadership role
  • High organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • High written and verbal communication
  • A calm approach for event time-management
  • Ability to work under pressure to ensure the efficient running of an event
  • Flexible and solution focussed when managing event schedules
  • Must have proactive approach to share new event management ideas
  • Self-motivated to work Independently but can adapt to be a team player
  • Ability to use WhatsApp for event team communications

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of Think Tenacity's annual mental health programme attracting 100x service users.
  • International (New York) programme governance, delivery standards and continuous improvement.
  • Translate the CEO's strategic vision into operational delivery.
  • Provide leadership to Project Managers.
  • Ensure all programmes align with Think Tenacity's mission and strategic priorities.

As Think Tenacity continues to grow from London to New York we are seeking an experienced UK or international Programme Delivery Manager to become a key member of Think Tenacity Senior Leadership Team.

Reporting the CEO and Senior Management Team via weekly Zoom meetings

From conception, develop and oversee international New York systems for

Portfolio Management

  • Making Time for Black Mental Health Events
  • Special Projects commissioned by the CEO
  • CSR Corporate Partnership Programmes

Ultimately, provide strategic oversight and leadership across all Think Tenacicty international Portfolio

  • Programme Governance

  • Programme reporting
  • Quality assurance
  • Risk management
  • Programme evaluation
