Job Summary

The Programme Delivery Manager will play a critical role in the successful delivery of Unity, WMFTS' global business transformation programme.

Acting as the operational right-hand person to the Unity Programme Lead, the role will combine programme management and hands-on delivery coordination responsibilities. The successful candidate will operate across strategic, tactical and administrative levels, ensuring effective planning, governance, reporting, stakeholder alignment and delivery execution throughout the programme lifecycle. Working closely with the Unity Programme Lead, Business Process Owners, site deployment teams, implementation partners and senior stakeholders, the role will provide programme management rigour, delivery oversight, governance, planning, reporting and assurance across all phases of the programme.

The role will be responsible for maintaining integrated programme plans, coordinating programme governance, managing risks, issues and dependencies, driving action management, supporting deployment readiness assessments and providing accurate reporting to enable effective decision making.

This role requires previous Tier1/Tier 2 ERP implementation experience, strong organisational and stakeholder management capability, and the ability to operate effectively within a complex global transformation programme involving multiple deployment waves, locations, business functions and third-party partners.

The successful candidate will be comfortable switching between coordination and hands-on programme administration, ensuring that programme activities progress at pace and that stakeholders remain aligned and accountable.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
