Salary: £31,076 plus benefits (Our pay philosophy ensures consistency across locations and salaries. The starting salary for this opportunity plus benefits depends on location of the candidate).
The role
We're recruiting for a Programme Delivery Officer to join our Programme Operations team and play a key role in supporting the delivery and evolution of Mary's Meals school feeding programme operations around the world.
Working closely with Programme Affiliates, Programme Partners and colleagues across Mary's Meals International, you'll help ensure that the systems, processes and information that underpin programme delivery are effective, consistent and fit for purpose. You'll support the implementation of operational tools and improvements, provide practical guidance to programme teams, and use data and insights to strengthen programme performance.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes, working with data and collaborating with colleagues across different countries and cultures.
Key priorities:
- Implement and improve programme delivery systems, tools and processes
- Guide Programme Affiliates and Partners on delivery standards and requirements
- Analyse data to identify trends, monitor compliance and inform decisions
- Help develop, test and roll out digital solutions that improve delivery
- Strengthen stock management, reporting and operational controls
- Support monitoring, analysis and performance reporting
- Coordinate responses to operational support requests worldwide
- Contribute to change projects that strengthen operations and support growth

About you:
We're looking for a Programme Delivery Officer who combines strong analytical and organisational skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for our mission. You'll bring:
- Experience in project, operational or programme delivery within a complex organisation
- Strong analytical skills, turning data into meaningful insights
- Strong Excel skills and confidence using digital systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures
- Highly organised, detail-focused and able to balance priorities
- Proactive, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to challenges
- Experience of process improvement, systems implementation or change is desirable
- A genuine commitment to Mary's Meals' mission and values

We are happy for you to work remotely and flexibly, in a way that best supports your work-life balance. We have an office in Glasgow for those who would like to work from here occasionally or on a regular basis. Some travel to Glasgow will likely be required as part of this role.
