Deputy Director – ERP, Workday, Enterprise Resource Planning Finance, HR, SC Cleared, Hybrid
We are seeking an experienced SC Cleared Programme Director to lead a major ERP transformation programme, driving modernisation of Finance, HR, and Commercial functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale government projects, with expertise in Project Delivery Standards, HMT’s Green Book, and GDS Service Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the ERP programme, including teams for Finance, HR, and IT projects.
- Build a high-performing, resilient delivery team.
- Finalise and secure approval for the Final Business Cases.
- Develop and oversee plans for development, testing, business change, and operational readiness.
- Engage stakeholders and communicate progress to senior leadership.
- Manage risks, budget, and programme dependencies.
- Ensure compliance with government standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Experience & Skills:

- Desirable: experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday), finance and HR modernization, and government assurance processes.
