Digital Heap Remediation Programme Lead
Public Sector Healthcare | Contract | Immediate Start
We’re supporting an urgent requirement for a senior Information & Records Management professional to shape and lead a major programme within a large public sector healthcare organisation.
The programme will focus on addressing significant volumes of legacy and unstructured information, establishing how information should be governed, retained, disposed of, migrated and remediated across the organisation.
This is a senior SFIA Level 7 requirement requiring a combination of Information & Records Management expertise, programme leadership and senior stakeholder engagement.

Key Experience
- Information & Records Management / KIM
- Unstructured information and digital/records remediation
- EDRMS and enterprise document/records management
- Retention, disposal and information lifecycle management
- Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Purview, OpenText or similar
- Shaping remediation strategies, roadmaps and programmes
- Strong consulting and senior stakeholder engagement
- Recent experience within a large UK public sector organisation is essential
- NHS / public sector healthcare experience would be particularly beneficial

This isn't an operational Records Manager position. We need someone capable of assessing a complex information estate, defining the remediation approach and providing the strategic leadership required to drive the resulting programme.
