Lead One of the Most Significant Transformations in Health and Care
We are seeking an exceptional and visionary leader to become our Programme Director for Integrated Neighbourhood Health and Care (INHC) in Bradford district and Craven.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a flagship transformation programme that will fundamentally reshape how health and care services are delivered within our communities. Working across NHS organisations, primary care, local authorities, social care, the voluntary and community sector (VCFSE) and local communities, you will drive the development of integrated neighbourhood models that improve outcomes, tackle health inequalities and deliver more proactive, preventative and person-centred care.
This role sits at the heart of our ambition to deliver the future vision for neighbourhood health and care, bringing together services around people, families and communities rather than organisational boundaries.

Integrated Neighbourhood Health and Care is at the heart of the NHS's ambition to deliver more proactive, preventative and person-centred care closer to home.
Our programme in Bradford district and Craven aims to bring services together around the needs of local people, helping individuals live healthier, more independent lives while reducing health inequalities and improving access to care. By working in partnership with communities, local authorities, primary care, NHS providers and the voluntary sector, we are creating a more connected and sustainable model of care for the future.

As Programme Director, you will lead this transformation from vision through to implementation and impact.
About The Role
This is a high-profile leadership role with responsibility for developing and delivering a complex, multi-partner programme across a large and diverse health and care system.
You will work closely with executive and senior leaders, clinicians, operational teams, local authority partners, voluntary and community organisations and communities to create a shared vision, establish robust governance arrangements and deliver measurable improvements in outcomes for local people.
You will provide strategic leadership across organisational and professional boundaries, ensuring neighbourhood health and care becomes embedded as a sustainable way of working.
