Location

Hybrid 2-3 days a week in the office in either Croydon, Bristol, Leeds or Manchester and at least once per week travel to London

About the Role

As an ERP Programme Director, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead and manage the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Programme, which includes a programme team, core programme activity, Finance Project, HR Project and IT Project
  • Resource the programme with skilled and capability contributors, building a delivery-focused, resilient and high performing team
  • Finalise and gain approval for the ERP Final Business Cases (FBC)
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders. Engage regularly and communicate widely.
  • Develop, gain approval for and deliver the plan for the Beta Phase, including development, testing, operational readiness and business change.
  • Monitor and maximise the delivery of benefits, as detailed in the Final Business Case

Essential

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large scale transformation programmes incorporating delivery of new technology, finance and HR functions and services
  • Experience in ERP - Oracle and SAP
  • Experience in public sector
