As a Programmes Facilitator, you will empower people affected by drug and alcohol use to build brighter futures through recovery-focused programmes.

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
About the Role
- Deliver engaging and evidence-based psychosocial group interventions.
- Facilitate the Atlas Programme and other structured groupwork.
- Encourage participation, challenge thinking patterns, and support behaviour change.
- Conduct assessments and determine suitability for interventions.
- Provide motivational one-to-one support to enhance engagement in recovery.
- Work collaboratively with prison staff, healthcare professionals, and partner agencies.
- Support reduced harm, improved wellbeing, and successful reintegration into the community.

About You
- Experience delivering or supporting group-based psychosocial interventions.
- Strong understanding of recovery principles and behaviour change.
- Ability to create safe, inclusive, and engaging group environments.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Commitment to person-centred care and positive outcomes.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, confidentiality, and information governance.

Salary Range (pro rata if part-time)
- CGL points 23 to 28 (£28,557.79 - £32,802.41)
