Altrad are currently looking for an experienced Programme Information & Asset Manager to join the team in Plymouth.

About the Role

As a Programme Information & Asset Manager, you will lead the management of programme information and assets, ensuring data, documentation and asset records are accurate, accessible and effectively controlled. Working closely with stakeholders, you will support information governance, asset management and reporting to enable informed decision-making and successful programme delivery.

Key Deliverables

  • Manage programme information and asset data across complex nuclear defence projects and programmes.
  • Maintain accurate and controlled records of programme assets, documentation and technical information.
  • Ensure information is managed in accordance with nuclear, defence, security and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate the capture, validation and maintenance of asset information throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Commercial, Quality and Delivery teams to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of information management processes, systems and governance arrangements.
  • Monitor asset data and information quality, identifying gaps, inconsistencies and areas requiring corrective action.
  • Manage information interfaces and ensure the appropriate flow of data between programme teams, contractors and key stakeholders.
  • Produce clear reports and dashboards to provide visibility of asset status, programme information and key performance indicators.
  • Support audits, assurance activities and compliance reviews by ensuring required information and records are readily available.
  • Ensure appropriate controls are in place for sensitive, classified and security-critical programme information.
  • Maintain document and asset registers, ensuring appropriate version control, ownership and traceability.
  • Support information handover and asset data requirements throughout project and programme stages.
  • Identify opportunities to improve information quality, asset management processes and data governance.
  • Introducing innovative approaches/digital solutions to optimise information management across the project lifecycle and handover to the future facilities manager.

Key Requirements / Qualifications

  • Good data management and strong report and documentation writing experience.
  • Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil, Structural or MEP Engineering.
  • Demonstrable Asset Management and BIM experience, with knowledge of ISO 55001 and ISO 19650.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably within civil engineering/infrastructure projects.
