Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Future Programmes Interface Lead to support the coordination and integration of infrastructure activities within a major defence environment. In this role, you will work with a broad range of stakeholders to strengthen engagement, governance, reporting, and forward planning activities, helping ensure informed decision-making and effective investment prioritisation across complex infrastructure programmes.

You will lead stakeholder engagement and coordination activities across a portfolio of infrastructure programmes, ensuring effective collaboration between programme teams, subject matter experts and senior stakeholders.

The role focuses on establishing robust governance, reporting and engagement processes, developing stakeholder maps and engagement plans, coordinating future activities such as meetings, workshops, site visits and governance boards, and ensuring the right people are involved at the right time to support informed decision-making and investment prioritisation.

You will also provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, outcomes, risks and upcoming activities, while driving clear and effective communication across the wider stakeholder community.

Experience Required

You will bring strong programme management and governance experience, with the ability to coordinate complex activities across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

The role requires excellent stakeholder engagement skills, confident communication and presentation abilities, and the capability to build effective relationships at all levels. You should be highly organised, proactive, comfortable working independently, and proficient in Microsoft O365 applications.

Experience managing governance processes, driving collaboration, and ensuring clear communication within programme environments will be key to success in this position.

Location

The role is Hybrid where 2-3 days per week will at the Client site in Helensburgh.

Your own transport is essential.
