Are you an experienced Programme Lead, Programme Manager or Education Programme Manager looking for a role where your work creates genuine social impact?
EDT is seeking an ambitious and motivated Programme Lead to oversee the delivery of inspiring STEM and STEAM programmes across the South of England. As a Programme Lead, you'll work at the intersection of education, youth development and employer engagement, helping thousands of young people develop the skills, confidence and aspirations needed for their future careers.
This is far more than programme delivery. As a Programme Lead, you'll influence strategy, build partnerships, manage regional performance and ensure exceptional experiences for students, schools, employers and volunteers.

- Lead the successful delivery of STEM and STEAM programmes across the South of England, ensuring exceptional experiences for students, schools, volunteers and partners.
- Build and manage strong relationships with schools, colleges, employers and stakeholders while supporting programme growth and regional engagement.
- Monitor delivery performance, KPIs, programme quality and impact reporting using data and CRM systems to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate regional delivery activity, including sessional workers, volunteers, programme logistics and stakeholder communications.
- Support curriculum innovation and content development to ensure programmes remain relevant, engaging and aligned to learner and employer needs.

Who We're Looking For
- Experience delivering education, outreach, youth engagement or STEM programmes across multiple sites or regions.
- Strong programme management and project delivery skills.
- Experience managing stakeholders, partners, volunteers or delivery teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capability with experience using CRM systems.
- Passion for improving outcomes for young people through education and STEM engagement.
- A proactive, organised and solution-focused approach.

- Competitive Band C Salary £29,300 - £37,600 dependent on skills and experience.

Location
- Hybrid working.
- Office base in Welwyn Garden City or Southampton.
- Regional coverage across London, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Essex and parts of Wales.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle would be preferred, as travel and overnight stays required.
