Programme Lead Tutor – Specialist Teaching Assistant (Level 5) SEND & SEMH
Ready to inspire the next generation of school support professionals?
United Learning is looking for an exceptional Programme Lead Tutor to lead and deliver our Specialist Teaching Assistant Level 5 Apprenticeship, with a particular focus on creating our exciting new SEMH pathway.
This is more than a teaching role. It's an opportunity to shape curriculum, influence practice across a national family of schools, and help transform outcomes for children and young people.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver inspiring, evidence-informed training
- Develop our innovative SEMH pathway
- Coach and mentor apprentices to achieve success
- Collaborate with experts across a network of 100+ schools
- Make a real difference to pupils by developing the professionals who support them every day
What we're looking for
- Significant experience working in schools, SEND, SEMH, or specialist education settings
- A Level 5 qualification or equivalent occupational competence
- Passion for sharing your expertise and helping others grow
- A creative, ambitious, and learner-focused approach
