The Opportunity
ICMP is seeking an inspiring and experienced Programme Leader for the BA (Hons) Songwriting and Production programme across its UK campuses.

- Ensure an outstanding student experience and high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment
- Collaborate with academic colleagues

About You
- Passionate and proven academic leader
- Strong background in songwriting and production
- Substantial experience in undergraduate-graduate teaching and academic leadership
- Track record of leading teams, enhancing the student experience, and managing academic programmes
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Ability to motivate and support staff, foster collaboration, and align academic vision with strategic objectives
- Demonstrable research profile or industry practice
