Role: Programme Maintenance Designer

Location: Remote

Salary: 28,000 - 32,000

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 36.5 hours per week

Knovia is a growing group of specialist training providers, united by a shared ambition to create meaningful impact through learning and skills. Across our businesses, we support learners and employers with high-quality training and development that creates opportunities, strengthens organisations and supports long-term career progression. We're looking for an organised, detail-focused and proactive Programme Maintenance Designer to join our Portfolio & Product team.

Reporting to the Curriculum Lead and working closely with the Curriculum Development and Digital Content Design team, you'll play an important role in maintaining our programme content and ensuring accurate information across our key learning and business platforms.

You'll manage and maintain programme builds within Bud, publish learning modules, support programme updates and ensure the integrity of programme information held within Salesforce and other systems.

Accuracy and quality are central to this role. You'll carry out thorough checks before content is published, ensure resources and links work correctly and help make sure our programmes remain accurate, compliant and easy for learners to navigate.

Ultimately, you'll help us deliver a seamless learner experience by ensuring the programmes and information our learners and colleagues rely on are accurate, accessible and maintained to a high standard. If you're highly organised, confident working with digital learning platforms and passionate about accuracy, quality and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating Bud builds for new programmes, ensuring all programme components are correctly structured and aligned with learner, business and regulatory requirements
  • Using mapped learner journeys to accurately map Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours (KSBs) and, where applicable, professional qualifications to programmes
  • Managing requests through Jira, actioning appropriate tickets and delegating requests requiring wider team expertise in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Maintaining existing programmes by implementing updates, correcting inaccurate content and ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance
  • Uploading and publishing approved learning modules, checking that associated resources, links, interactive elements and navigation work correctly before learner release
  • Regularly monitoring the Bud platform and applying updates to keep programmes accurate, compliant and functioning effectively
  • Working with Product Team Managers to identify platform improvements and enhancements that support evolving learner and programme needs
  • Managing content and updates across other systems, including Babington Online (BOL) and content repositories
  • Maintaining accurate programme information across the Curriculum Price List and Salesforce, supporting data integrity across systems
  • Completing quality assurance checks on fixes and programme updates before publication and documenting changes for audit and compliance purposes
  • Ensuring learner and programme information is handled appropriately in line with GDPR and Data Protection requirements
  • Building positive working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders through professional, clear and timely communication
  • Supporting cross-functional teams with collaborative problem-solving and continuous improvement activity

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
