Overview

Our Programme Management, Sustainability & Advisory (PMSA) Practice helps clients establish, transform and deliver complex programmes and projects, portfolios and organisations across the built environment.

Working across public and private sector clients, we support major buildings and places, property, estates, capital investment and transformation programmes. Our work spans programme and portfolio management, assurance and compliance, business transformation, organisational performance, sustainability, decarbonisation, environmental certification, asset management and strategic advisory services.

We combine practical programme delivery expertise with consulting and advisory capability, helping clients solve complex challenges, improve performance and achieve better outcomes for the people and communities they serve.

As a growing and ambitious team, we bring together programme managers, PMO professionals, sustainability specialists, advisory consultants, transformation experts and digital practitioners. We offer our people the opportunity to work on nationally significant programmes, develop new skills and play a meaningful role in shaping both client outcomes and the growth of our business.

Your role

We are seeking Consultants and Senior Consultants to join our growing Programme Management, Sustainability & Advisory team.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping clients deliver, improve and transform complex programmes and organisations.

  • You will work alongside senior client stakeholders to solve challenging problems, improve delivery performance and create lasting value.
  • Our team operates across a broad range of disciplines including programme management, PMO, governance, transformation, organisational change, sustainability, assurance and strategic advisory services.
  • We recognise that no candidate will possess expertise across every aspect of our service offering. We are not looking for individuals who can do everything. Instead, we are looking for people who bring strengths in some of these areas, alongside strong consulting, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, and who are motivated to continue developing across the wider Programme Management, Sustainability & Advisory landscape within Buildings and Places.
  • You will work with clients to deliver and transform complex programmes, helping organisations strengthen delivery capability and achieve better outcomes.
  • Depending on your experience, you may lead programme delivery activities, establish and improve PMOs, support major change and transformation initiatives, develop operating models, provide assurance and governance expertise, or help clients make better use of data and digital solutions.
  • You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders, facilitate workshops and problem-solving sessions, and provide practical advice to help clients overcome delivery challenges.
  • You will also contribute to business development activities, support bids and proposals, help shape new service offerings, and play an active role in developing colleagues and growing the Programme Management, Sustainability & Advisory team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
