Programme Manager

eVera Recruitment is supporting an established automotive component manufacturer that supplies leading Tier 1 businesses and global vehicle programmes.

This is a brand-new position created due to continued growth, offering the opportunity to lead both product and production programmes for major automotive customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing programme plans, budgets, resources and timelines
  • Leading cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams
  • Acting as the principal contact for automotive customers
  • Managing programme risks, costs, milestones and reporting
  • Driving continuous improvement and delivery against quality, cost and timing targets

We are Looking For:

  • Automotive programme or project management experience within an OEM, Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment
  • An engineering background (ideally electromechanical)
  • Experience delivering products through manufacturing and industrialisation
  • Strong customer-facing, leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Experience within EV, battery systems, busbars, connectors or BMS would be advantageous
