We’re currently seeking experienced Programme Managers to join a leading manufacturing business in Birmingham, with opportunities available on both a permanent and contract basis.
You will take the lead in planning and delivering programmes from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and to budget.
Contract - Outside IR35

Job Description
- Lead the planning, execution and successful delivery of programmes
- Develop and manage programme schedules, budgets and cost controls
- Identify risks and implement effective corrective actions
- Work with engineering, production, supply chain and quality teams to ensure timely execution of project/programme milestones and integration into manufacturing operations
- Act as the primary customer contact, providing clear and regular programme updates

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Well versed carrying out a similar programme manager role
- Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment (automotive industry is highly desirable)
- NPI/NPD experience is highly desirable
