What You Would Do
- Delivering end-to-end project and programme planning, including charter development, milestone definition and timeline management
- Coordinating multiple workstreams and managing dependencies across teams
- Owning risk and issue management, escalation protocols and mitigation tracking
- Preparing and maintaining governance reporting for leadership and stakeholders
- Facilitating agile ceremonies, backlog refinement and user story collaboration where applicable
- Supporting stakeholder communication and alignment across programme phases
- Contributing to process improvement and financial analysis to support delivery efficiency
- Managing budget oversight and financial reporting aligned to programme milestones

What You Could Bring
Must-have
- 3–5 years' experience in project or programme delivery, including multi-workstream coordination
- Proven experience in end-to-end project planning, risk and issue management, and reporting and governance
- Working knowledge of programme governance frameworks and escalation protocols
- Stakeholder management and communication across multiple levels
- Proficiency in agile delivery coordination and facilitation
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
Nice-to-have
- Master's degree in Business or related discipline
- Experience with financial analysis and process improvement
- User story creation and backlog refinement in agile environments
