Experienced Programme Manager Required
An experienced Programme Manager is required to oversee multiple projects across a major PFI environment in London. This permanent role will take responsibility for a varied technical programme, with a particular focus on HVAC, M&E and asset-related projects.

The Role
As The Programme Manager, You'll
- Oversee multiple technical projects across a complex PFI environment.
- Manage programmes covering HVAC, M&E and wider asset-related works.
- Coordinate project priorities, programmes and delivery across the site.
- Work closely with technical teams, contractors and key stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure works are delivered to required standards.
- Support effective project governance and delivery within the PFI framework.

About You
To Be Successful As The Programme Manager, You'll Have
- Previous experience working within a PFI environment.
- Programme or project management experience overseeing multiple technical projects.
- A strong technical background, ideally including HVAC and M&E systems.
- Experience within asset management, technical leadership or M&E project delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination capabilities.
- SPV experience would be highly advantageous.
- Ability to meet the security clearance requirements associated with the role.

What's in it for You?
- £70,000–£80,000 per year.
- Bonus of approximately £4,000.
- 30 days' annual leave.
- Permanent position within a major PFI environment.
- Four days per week on site with some flexibility.
- Time off in lieu for occasional weekend working.
