As a Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering transformational business and IT programmes that drive operational excellence, improve customer outcomes, and deliver measurable commercial benefits. Working across multiple stakeholders, functions, and customer environments, you'll lead high-profile programmes from concept through to successful implementation.

A Typical Day May Involve
- Leading large-scale logistics and supply chain transformation programmes from planning through to successful delivery.
- Governing constituent project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure delivery against agreed objectives.
- Engaging with senior operational, commercial, and IT stakeholders to align priorities and secure programme success.
- Tracking programme benefits and ensuring outcomes are delivered in line with approved business cases.
- Leading cross-functional project teams and providing guidance, support, and coaching to Project Managers.
- Driving change management activity to support operational adoption and long-term business improvement.
- Identifying, managing, and mitigating programme risks while providing clear progress updates to senior leadership teams.
