Join the UK’s Leading Provider of Breast Screening Services

At InHealth, we’re proud to be the largest provider of the NHS Breast Screening Programme (NHSBSP) in England. Our Surrey and North East Hampshire (Jarvis) Breast Screening Service stands out as our flagship – serving approximately 200,000 women over a 3-year cycle and operating with a dedicated team of over 50 professionals.

We’re now seeking a dynamic Programme Manager to lead and shape the future of this service. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting difference in women’s health, overseeing one of the country’s most critical and far-reaching breast screening operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Programme Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission – delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality screening services across our static unit at the Jarvis Breast Centre and five mobile units covering a vast geographic area. You’ll:

  • Lead and plan the full delivery cycle of breast screening services
  • Ensure compliance with national KPIs and NHSE Service Specification No 24
  • Champion patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of over 50 multidisciplinary staff
  • Act as CQC Registered Manager for private patients
  • Manage NHS Trust relationships across six referral sites for treatment
  • Take responsibility for service budgets, commercial performance, and audits
  • Drive service innovation and lead on clinical governance initiatives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
