Programme Manager

Location: Central London (2 days per week onsite)
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + Benefits
Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

About the Opportunity

Areti Group is partnering with a well-established organisation undergoing a significant period of business and technology transformation. As part of a wider strategic change agenda, they are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of complex initiatives spanning operational improvement, business transformation, technology delivery, and organisational change.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing change function and play a key role in shaping programme delivery standards, governance, and best practices across a complex and evolving organisation. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while driving the successful delivery of high-profile programmes that have a direct impact on business performance.

The Role

As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple concurrent projects and workstreams across both business and technology functions. You will establish programme governance, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery against strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will bring a strong blend of business transformation and technology delivery experience, with the ability to translate strategic goals into practical programmes of work. You will be comfortable operating within fast-paced environments, managing competing priorities, and engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

This role requires someone who can confidently lead workshops, facilitate governance forums, challenge constructively, and create alignment across teams with differing priorities and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Leadership

  • Lead complex business and technology transformation programmes from initiation through to successful delivery.
  • Develop programme roadmaps, delivery plans, budgets, reporting structures, and governance frameworks.
  • Manage interdependencies across multiple projects, teams, and functions.
  • Ensure programme objectives, milestones, benefits, and outcomes are achieved.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership and governance boards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
