Working pattern: Full time onsite
Drive key business projects from concept through to delivery, helping shape the future of our operations. You'll oversee project planning, implementation and performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and with the right resources in place. Managing the capital investment budget and associated projects, you'll help ensure business funds are used effectively, responsibly and in line with strategic priorities, while reducing operational and legislative risks. Working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, you'll champion best practice, build strong relationships and create positive outcomes that support both business performance and continuous improvement.

The Recipe
- Define project scope, objectives and success measures, translating project briefs into clear plans with achievable outcomes.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules and priorities to ensure key milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
- Lead projects from initiation through to delivery, coordinating activities, maintaining documentation and tracking progress against agreed objectives.
- Monitor project performance, budgets and forecasts, identifying risks, variances and opportunities, and implementing corrective actions where needed.
- Work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, alignment and successful project delivery across the business.
- Provide regular updates on project status, progress, risks and outcomes, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and monitor the quality of work delivered, ensuring outputs meet agreed standards, requirements and project objectives.
- Identify, assess and manage project risks, dependencies and conflicts to minimise disruption and support successful delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER) and Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations (DSEAR), as well as Weetabix Food Company standards covering areas such as electrical, mechanical, food safety and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS).
- Assist the wider business by undertaking other reasonable duties that are aligned with the responsibilities, skills and level of the role.

The Ingredients
Key Know How:
- Recognised Engineering qualification (NVP Level 3 or equivalent).
- Competent use of MS Office particularly Excel, Powerpoint & Word.
- Suitable safety qualifications (e.g. SMSTS, FAAW, IOSH).
- Experience in engineering/technical roles.
- Experience in Project management.
- Experience managing, developing and supporting a team.
