HRIS Programme Manager
Global Dayforce Implementation - HRIS/HCM - HR Integrations
6-Month Contract | Immediate Start | Remote (adhoc travel for workshops)
Outside IR35 £650-£750 p/d
A leading Global Engineering Group is seeking an experienced HRIS Programme Manager to lead the next phase of its global HR technology transformation.
Following the successful go-live of the first phase of its Dayforce implementation, the organisation is now looking for a Programme Manager to drive the ongoing rollout, platform optimisation and global expansion of its HR technology landscape.
This is a key role within a complex international environment, supporting a workforce of approximately 2,000 employees across the Globe.
The Role
You'll take ownership of an established programme plan, leading multiple workstreams across the HR technology portfolio while ensuring successful delivery of future Dayforce capabilities and integrations with the wider HR systems landscape.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the next phases of the global Dayforce programme.
- Delivering additional Dayforce modules, including Global Absence & Leave Management, Payroll and Compensation.
- Managing complex integrations between Dayforce and other HR platforms, including Talent Acquisition and Talent Management solutions.
- Overseeing third-party implementation partners and ensuring successful delivery against programme milestones.
- Driving governance, stakeholder engagement and programme reporting across HR, IT and business leadership.
- Supporting post-go-live optimisation, stabilisation and continuous improvement following the initial implementation.

We're looking for a Programme Manager who has:
- Proven experience delivering global Dayforce implementations and HRIS transformation programmes.
- A strong track record of managing global HR technology rollouts across multiple countries and regions.
- Extensive experience delivering HR systems integrations across complex technology landscapes.
- Experience managing Systems Integrators and third-party delivery partners.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior HR, IT and business leaders.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, post-go-live environments where balancing optimisation with future delivery is essential.
