FM Conway is currently recruiting for a Programme Manager
You will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of business change and transformation programmes, managing governance, project portfolios, resources and stakeholder relationships to ensure projects are delivered effectively and provide value to the business. This is a permanent, full-time position based from our head office in Sevenoaks.
The duties of the Programme Manager role will include:
- Managing programme governance frameworks, ensuring processes, documentation and reporting requirements are maintained and followed
- Supporting the management and prioritisation of the project portfolio, working closely with business, BT and IT teams to align delivery with business priorities
- Coordinating resource capacity planning activities, reviewing current and future requirements to support effective programme delivery
- Providing guidance and support to project teams on governance, risk management, methodologies and ways of working
- Monitoring programme risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring key updates are reported to relevant stakeholders
- Facilitating programme meetings, workshops and project reviews, supporting effective communication across teams
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting the continued development of programme management practices

You will have experience working within a programme, project management or business transformation environment, with a strong understanding of governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships across the business. A recognised project or change management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, APMG or equivalent is desirable.
