Attributes
- 12 years experience in programme portfolio or transformation delivery including a sustained track record of leading large complex and globally distributed change portfolios to agreed outcomes timelines budgets risk parameters and benefits
- Extensive experience directing largescale platform and data migration transformations including SAS environments
- Able to govern option analysis target-state direction roadmap development environment readiness testing parallel running cutover backout planning and decommissioning across multiple programmes or workstreams
- Deep understanding of SAS migration dependencies including code remediation data lineage reconciliation control requirements operational readiness and post-migration assurance
- Able to challenge technical proposals assess tradeoffs and make informed enterprise-level delivery investment and risk decisions
- Significant experience leading complex enterprise-wide technology transformations across multiple business areas platforms and geographies with accountability for overall transformation outcomes rather than only individual project or workstream delivery
- Proven ability to own transformation governance enterprise scope benefits realisation RAID oversight cross-programme dependencies stage gates assurance and audit-ready documentation
- Confident driving timely decisions accountability and delivery pace across multiple workstreams programmes and global teams
- Proven experience influencing and aligning executive and senior stakeholders across business engineering operations risk security control functions and suppliers
- Able to secure agreement on target state priorities funding sequencing readiness adoption and material delivery tradeoffs
- Extensive experience delivering complex change within regulated financial institutions with a strong understanding of risk management security controls operations audit and regulatory expectations
- Able to govern risk acceptance exceptions and remediation at transformation level
- Experience owning or contributing to investment cases financial forecasts resource strategies delivery capacity and
