Are you ready to shape the future of driverless technology?
We are seeking an energetic, detail-driven Programme Manager to lead on-the-ground fleet validation, unblock technical issues, and keep our autonomous testing programmes running at full speed.
If you thrive in high-tempo environments, love bridging the gap between field ops and engineering, and want to directly power cutting-edge autonomous mobility, this role is for you.
The Role
As a Programme Manager, you will take full ownership of operational performance across our testing fleet and scouting networks. You will keep critical validation vehicles on the road, manage driverless mission workflows, and translate field data into high-visibility reporting for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Tracking & Technical Coordination: Monitor and track offline validation vehicles. Work closely with technicians to resolve hardware upfits and proactively chase down individual vehicle issues to maximize fleet uptime.
- Scouting Quest Management: Drive daily scouting operations by managing quest configurations, monitoring completion rates, and optimizing mission workflows that directly feed driverless validation goals.
- Vendor Operations & Escalation Management: Serve as the main daily operational link for vendor partners—troubleshooting field bottlenecks and managing rapid escalations to maintain seamless coverage.
- Metrics & Executive Reporting: Own the daily operational narrative. Draft, format, and compile standardized Daily Business Reports (DBRs) for regional management and executive oversight.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
