About the Role
We’re looking for two Programme Managers to help turn some of Our Future Health’s most important priorities into coordinated, deliverable programmes.
Our Future Health is building the UK’s largest ever health research programme, bringing together millions of volunteers to enable new discoveries about health and disease. Delivering at this scale means bringing together people, products, operations and partners, often across complex initiatives where no single team holds all the pieces.
That’s where you come in. We have two Programme Manager opportunities, each with a different focus:
Programme Manager – Researcher
You’ll bring together our operational, commercial, growth and product activity to help us deliver an outstanding experience for researchers using Our Future Health.
For this role, we’re particularly interested in someone who has operated in a commercial, growth-focused or customer-led environment and understands what it takes to coordinate activity across different functions at pace.
Programme Manager – Participant
You’ll focus on programmes that improve how we engage with, support and create great experiences for our participants, working particularly closely with our Community Engagement and Product teams.
Both roles need people who enjoy making things happen. You’ll take complex, cross-functional priorities and turn them into clear plans, connecting the dots between teams, spotting dependencies and keeping delivery moving.
Across both opportunities, we’re looking for people who are comfortable operating where there is complexity, ambiguity and change.
What You’ll Bring
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- Experience delivering projects or programmes involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, commercially minded or growth-focused organisation.
- Experience working closely with Product teams and an understanding of how product development connects with wider business and operational delivery.
- Strong planning skills, with the ability to turn broad objectives into practical and achievable delivery plans.
- An ability to see the bigger picture while keeping track of the details needed to make delivery happen.
- Confidence identifying and managing dependencies, risks, assumptions and blockers.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across different functions.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- A pragmatic approach to programme management – introducing the structure teams need rather than process for process's sake.
- Curiosity, initiative and the confidence to ask questions when something doesn't add up.
Experience in healthcare, health research or data-driven organisations could be useful, but you don't need to come from healthcare. We’re particularly interested in people who can bring experience of delivering at pace in commercial, technology, product-led or high-growth environments.
For the Researcher Programme Manager, we'll be looking for greater depth of experience leading complex, cross-functional programmes and influencing senior stakeholders.
For the Participant Programme Manager, we're open to someone with less experience who can demonstrate strong delivery fundamentals, potential and a real appetite to take ownership and grow.
