An exciting opportunity to help shape the future of breast cancer services across North Wales.
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Band 8a Programme Manager to lead an important programme of work with breast cancer teams across North Wales.
Main Duties of the Job
Working collaboratively with clinical and operational teams, patients and key stakeholders, you will review the current model of breast cancer service provision and patient pathways, identify opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations for the optimum future model of care.
About You
You will be an experienced programme or service improvement professional with excellent programme management, analytical, engagement and communication skills. You will be confident working across organisational and professional boundaries and bringing people together to deliver complex change.
