We're looking for an experienced Change Programme Manager to lead the successful delivery of major business change initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work with senior leaders, drive strategic transformation, and make a lasting impact across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Agree project scope, objectives, and success measures with Executive Sponsors and Functional Directors.
  • Lead the development and delivery of complex change programmes, ensuring compliance with company processes and governance requirements.
  • Oversee project planning, delivery, budgets, risks, and issues.
  • Build and lead collaborative, cross-functional teams to achieve programme outcomes.
  • Provide regular progress updates and performance reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Champion continuous improvement and efficiency methodologies.
  • Capture and share lessons learned to support future programme success.

Your Experience And Skills

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex change programmes and delivering successful outcomes in large organisations. They will be experienced in applying recognised programme and project management methodologies, with strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets effectively. A confident communicator and stakeholder manager, they will excel at building relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and driving change through to implementation
