Are you an experienced Programme Manager with a strong background delivering large-scale networking and infrastructure transformation programmes?

We're recruiting for a senior Programme Manager to lead a high-profile Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) transformation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee a business-critical network modernisation initiative, working with senior stakeholders, technical architects, and engineering teams to deliver a complex enterprise programme.

You'll be responsible for driving the successful delivery of multiple interrelated projects while ensuring governance, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes throughout the programme lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Cisco ACI transformation programme.
  • Manage multiple workstreams across network infrastructure, datacentre, and enterprise technology.
  • Own programme governance, planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Coordinate internal delivery teams, technical specialists, and third-party vendors.
  • Manage programme risks, dependencies, and change control.
  • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and provide regular programme updates.
  • Mentor Project Managers and promote delivery best practices across the wider team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
