Programme Manager - D365 Finance & Supply Chain Transformation

Contract: £950-£1,150/day Outside IR35

Duration: 24-Month Programme

Location: Hybrid (UK) - Travel to Aberdeen and occasional European sites

About the Company:

We're supporting an innovative engineering and robotics organisation operating across the offshore renewable energy sector.

With operations across the UK, Europe and North America, the business designs, manufactures, deploys and maintains specialist robotic equipment used in complex offshore environments. Following significant growth and a number of acquisitions, the organisation is embarking on a major business transformation programme centred around Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a multi-year global transformation that will replace a number of legacy platforms with a modern Microsoft ecosystem covering Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Asset Management, Project Operations, Field Service and Power Platform.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a large-scale Dynamics 365 implementation spanning multiple business units and international locations.

Reporting into the Executive Steering Committee, you will take ownership of the end-to-end programme, overseeing workstreams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Asset Management, Project Operations, CRM, Data Migration, Integrations, Testing and Change.

This role requires someone who has successfully delivered enterprise-scale D365 programmes before and is comfortable managing complex stakeholder landscapes, implementation partners, system integrators and executive sponsors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
