Hybrid working – 2 days onsite p/week
£500 - £650 per day

About the Role

Seeking a background across Digital Transformation & Customer Experience

Seeking an experienced Programme Manager accountable for mobilising and driving delivery of a significant digital transformation, focused on the customer experience & journey.

The Programme Manager will provide end-to-end programme leadership across the CRM and website transformation — setting direction, defining scope, shaping delivery plans, and ensuring timely, well-governed decisions are made to maintain momentum and value.

You will act as the connective tissue between Marketing, IT, Digital, Operations, and Clinic teams —mobilising stakeholders, establishing governance and delivery cadence, managing suppliers, and ensuring solutions are adopted and embedded effectively.

Key Duties

  • Provide leadership, subject expertise and specialist technical knowledge, to programme stakeholders, with responsibilities for Transformational Change Programmes and Projects.
  • Work with key stakeholders to map and optimise the full customer journey across acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
  • Manage, direct and co-ordinate Digital & Data Transformation programmes and projects across the business.
  • Develop project plans and reporting structures, improvement methodologies and the monitoring of progress against agreed milestones and outcomes.
  • Plan, support, facilitate, monitor and report progress of complex, multi layered programmes.
  • Develop business plans and strategy for multiple areas of activity, ensuring successful implementation and performance to targets.

Experience Required

  • Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation programmes (CRM, website).
  • Experience with CRM platforms and Content Management Systems.
  • Demonstrable success delivering end-to-end customer experience transformation.
  • Experience integrating multiple systems (CRM, CMS, data platforms, analytics tools).
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering measurable business impact.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level.
  • Experience operating in complex, multi-site or multi-location businesses (e.g. retail, leisure, hospitality).
  • Strong programme management expertise (Agile, waterfall, hybrid).
