Programme Manager / Senior Project Manager / Disaster Recovery

We're looking for an exceptional Programme Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile, business-critical Backup & Recovery programme.

This is fundamentally a delivery role - bringing structure, pace and control to a complex programme with significant executive visibility, multiple technology workstreams and third-party dependencies.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of resilience, backup and recovery initiatives
  • Owning plans, budgets, milestones, RAID, dependencies and governance
  • Coordinating delivery across Technology, Cyber Security, Business Continuity, Risk and operational teams
  • Managing senior stakeholders, suppliers and delivery partners
  • Driving recovery testing, failover exercises and operational readiness
  • Ensuring delivery remains aligned to agreed RTOs and RPOs
  • Managing transition into BAU and operational support

What we're looking for

  • Exceptional Senior Project / Programme Management experience within complex technology environments
  • Strong governance, RAID, dependency and executive reporting capability
  • Excellent stakeholder and third-party supplier management
  • Experience delivering across infrastructure, cloud, security or other enterprise technology domains
  • Exposure to Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Operational Resilience or Technology Resilience
  • A pragmatic delivery style with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, backup and recovery technologies or resilience frameworks would be advantageous, but outstanding delivery capability is the priority.
