Programme Manager
Current vacancy for a Programme Manager to join a leading higher education provider in the West Midlands.
This role will work within the estates team and play a lead role in the delivery of the new estates master plan and estate strategy.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience of working on major capital projects
- Knowledge around RIBA stages of development
Key Responsibilities
- Taking a lead role in establishing and maintaining programme/s and programme governance.
- Providing expert professional programme management and programme leadership expertise.
- Delivering detailed schedules of activity for each project and an overall summary project programme tracker.
- Meeting with relevant stakeholders to ensure all activities are captured and represented.
- Delivering day-to-day management of multiple programme/s, including strategic leadership to facilitate efficient programme management.
- Proactively monitoring overall progression against the plan, resolving issues, and initiating corrective action as appropriate.
- Effectively coordinating the projects and their interdependencies within the programme.
- Reporting on and holding to account the progress of the projects within the programme, working with the team to re-programme activities as necessary.
