Programme Manager - Enterprise Systems (Oracle Cloud) - (UK878923)

Base salary £90k up to £100k
Car allowance - £6k per annum
Bonus - Up to £16k per annum

Base site is Solihull - occasional travel to Stevenage - home working too

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of strategic programmes and projects, ensuring outcomes align with business priorities and deliver measurable value.
  • Manage a team of Programme and Project Managers, creating a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and mobilisation through to execution and benefits realisation, ensuring effective management of scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and dependencies.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, acting as the key escalation point for delivery challenges, providing clear reporting, influencing decisions, and driving alignment across business and technology teams.
  • Optimise delivery approaches, balancing resource demand and capacity, and ensuring programmes are positioned for long-term success.
  • Champion continuous improvement, embedding best practices, developing delivery capability, and fostering a strong delivery community that consistently delivers high-quality outcomes at pace.

What you'll bring

  • Significant experience delivering complex Oracle Cloud and ERP transformation programmes, leading multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale portfolios of projects and programmes, ensuring successful delivery, governance, and business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership experience managing and developing Project Managers, Programme Managers, and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Expertise in programme governance, risk management, assurance, reporting, and delivery controls across complex environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver business and operational transformation initiatives that support strategic objectives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge senior business and technology leaders.
  • Experience managing dependencies, risks, resource constraints, and competing priorities across a portfolio of change activity.
  • Deep understanding of project and programme delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Proven ability to drive delivery performance, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with a focus on collaboration and results.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of budget management, forecasting, and value realisation.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications such as APM, PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, AgilePM, or SAFe are desirable.
  • Strategic, outcome-focused leader with strong decision-making, prioritisation, and continuous improvement capabilities.
