Hours of Work: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm
Monday – Thursday, 8am to 12:00pm
Friday
Contract: Permanent
Grade: SL1
Target Salary: £58,633 per annum
Location: Mobile, covering England and Scotland
Due to the national nature of the role, the successful candidate must be able to travel to all NCC locations on a regular basis with frequent travel to Bircham Newton, Norfolk and Inchinnan, Scotland. Candidates should therefore be situated such that these travel requirements can be met comfortably and consistently.

Special Requirements: The post holder will be eligible for either a company car or a car allowance in line with the grade for this role, subject to the vehicle nominated for business use complying with CITB’s Car Policy.

About the Role
As Programme Manager - Inclusion & Participation, you will provide operational leadership for Inclusion, Additional Learning Support and learner engagement activities across the National Construction College's apprenticeship and commercial provision.
Working closely with curriculum, quality and support teams, you will drive a whole-provider approach to inclusion, ensuring that learners receive the support they need to succeed and that inclusive practice is embedded throughout the learner journey.
