About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the successful delivery of large and complex programmes consisting of multiple interdependent projects and workstreams.
You will be accountable for ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while achieving agreed business outcomes and contractual commitments. Working closely with customers, delivery teams, PMO functions, suppliers, and executive stakeholders, you will provide strategic leadership, governance, and commercial oversight across the programme lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Programme Manager who thrives in complex environments and enjoys leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver transformational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programmes, ensuring strategic objectives and business benefits are achieved.
- Establish and maintain effective programme governance, reporting, risk management, and assurance activities.
- Manage programme financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, profitability, and commercial commitments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, executives, suppliers, and key stakeholders while acting as the primary escalation point.
- Lead, coach, and develop programme teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Skills We Can't Do Without
- Proven experience managing large-scale programmes comprising multiple projects, dependencies, and stakeholders.
- Strong programme governance, risk management, and delivery assurance expertise.
- Demonstrated financial and commercial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed, multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Skills We'd Like
- Programme management certification such as MSP®, PMP®, PgMP®, PRINCE2® or equivalent.
- Experience delivering complex digital transformation or technology-enabled change programmes within regulated environments.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain SC clearance.
- Location: UK-based. Remote working is available, with national mobility required.
