A global asset manager is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a transformative programme of change within its marketing and technology delivery functions.
This high-impact role will focus on improving client engagement, streamlining processes, and leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive operational excellence.
Initial duration: 12 months (potential for extension).
2-3 days a week in London city office
Your Role:
As Programme Manager, you will oversee three critical workstreams:
- Marketing Collateral & Strategy: Rationalise content, standardise formats, and enhance quality and client focus.
- Process Redesign: Establish consistent global governance frameworks for approvals, taxonomy, and distribution.
- Tech & Data Integration: Build trusted data foundations, automate content production, and deploy AI within an integrated content platform.

You will work closely with the Global Marketing business to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with the firm's strategic goals while collaborating across global teams.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Delivery Lead in a global asset management firm
- Expertise in marketing strategy, process optimisation, and technology/data integration projects.
- Strong track record of delivering complex programmes across multiple workstreams.
- Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and automated content platforms is highly desirable.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership effectively.
