We’re partnering with a fast-growing international organisation investing heavily in its Microsoft Dynamics capability. The business is delivering a complex, multi-country D365 transformation and is building a high-calibre leadership team to support the programme and its continued growth.
This opportunity suits an experienced Programme Manager who stays close to delivery, enjoys building things properly and wants genuine ownership within an end-user environment.
The Role
- Lead a large, multi-country Microsoft Dynamics programme end to end
- Own mobilisation, governance, delivery execution and go-live outcomes
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and distributed international teams
- Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders
- Manage systems integrators and other delivery partners
- Drive quality, pace, accountability and business adoption
- Shape programme standards and delivery maturity
- Work closely with business, architecture and leadership teams

What We’re Looking For
- Proven Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager experience
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics or enterprise ERP background
- Experience delivering multi-country rollouts and complex integrations
- Multiple successful go-lives
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness
- Comfortable remaining close to execution and key decisions
- Fluent English
