Programme Manager | Payments & Digital Assets
£900 per day | Inside IR35 | London | Three days per week in the office
We’re supporting a London-based fintech financial institution seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead complex payments and digital asset infrastructure delivery. You’ll coordinate multiple partners and delivery teams, bringing together technology, operations and regulatory requirements to deliver across markets.

Key responsibilities
- Lead programme delivery, managing milestones, risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners across payments, settlement, FX, AML and treasury.
- Run steering committees and provide clear reporting on progress, issues and decisions.
- Ensure delivery meets regulatory and operational requirements.
Your background
- Extensive programme management experience in payments, banking or digital assets, typically eight years or more.
- A strong track record of delivering complex programmes involving multiple partners.
- Experience in regulated financial services and a practical understanding of operational requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams and resolve delivery challenges.
