The Royal College of General Practitioners is the largest membership organisation for GPs in the UK. Founded in 1952, it has over 55,000 members who are committed to improving patient care, developing GP skills and promoting general practice as a discipline.

We're looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join our Primary Care Development (PCD) team and play a key role in delivering high-impact programmes that support and strengthen general practice across England.

Working closely with the Senior Programme Manager, you'll oversee quality assurance, reporting, evaluation and stakeholder engagement across a diverse portfolio of commissioned improvement programmes. A key focus of the role will be in the delivery of the NHS England Practice Level Support (PLS) programme, helping practices implement sustainable improvements that enhance patient care, improve access and build workforce capability.
