Required Skills
Extensive experience directing large-scale platform and data migration transformations including SAS environments.
- Able to govern option analysis, target state direction, roadmap development, environment readiness testing, parallel running, cutover, backout planning, and decommissioning across multiple programmes or workstreams.
- Deep understanding of SAS migration dependencies including code remediation, data lineage, reconciliation, control requirements, operational readiness, and post-migration assurance.
- Able to challenge technical proposals, assess trade-offs, and make informed enterprise-level delivery, investment, and risk decisions.
- Significant experience leading complex enterprise-wide technology transformations across multiple business areas, platforms, and geographies with accountability for overall transformation outcomes rather than only individual project or workstream delivery.
- Proven ability to own transformation governance, enterprise scope, benefits realisation, RAID oversight, cross-programme dependencies, stage gates, assurance, and audit-ready documentation.
- Confident in driving timely decisions, accountability, and delivery pace across multiple workstreams/programmes and global teams.
- Proven experience influencing and aligning executive and senior stakeholders across business, engineering, operations, risk, security, control functions, and suppliers.
- Able to secure agreement on target state priorities, funding, sequencing, readiness, adoption, and material delivery trade-offs.
- Extensive experience delivering complex change within regulated financial institutions with a strong understanding of risk management, security controls, operations, audit, and regulatory expectations.
- Able to govern risk acceptance, exceptions, and remediation at the transformation level.
- Experience owning or contributing to investment cases, financial forecasts, resource strategies, delivery capacity, and more.
