Lead One of the Most Ambitious Transformation Programmes in Tarmac's History
Are you ready to lead a transformation that will redefine how an entire business operates?
At Tarmac, we're embarking on a landmark enterprise transformation programme, Project Falcon, designed to reshape our end-to-end Order-to-Dispatch operations through SAP S/4HANA.
We're looking for an exceptional Programme Manager to take the helm of this business-critical initiative. This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-profile transformation with executive sponsorship, organisation-wide impact, and the chance to leave a lasting legacy across one of the UK's leading businesses.
What makes this role different?

You'll be the driving force behind a complex transformation that brings together people, process, technology and culture change at scale. Working directly with senior sponsors and the Steering Committee, you'll shape strategy, influence key decisions and ensure transformational benefits are realised across the organisation.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading the successful delivery of Project Falcon and aligning outcomes to Tarmac's strategic objectives
- Driving the implementation of SAP S/4HANA across the Order-to-Dispatch lifecycle
- Owning programme governance, budget, benefits realisation, risk management and delivery performance
- Building and inspiring high-performing teams across business, technology and external partners
- Influencing executives and senior stakeholders to drive adoption and sustainable change
- Creating the conditions for long-term business success through transformational leadership

What we're looking for:
We're seeking a proven enterprise transformation leader with the credibility and experience to thrive in a complex environment.
You'll bring:
- Significant experience leading large-scale business transformation programmes
- Significant SAP S/4HANA delivery experience, ideally across Supply Chain, Logistics or Order-to-Dispatch functions
- Executive-level stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Expertise in programme governance, financial management and benefits realisation
- Experience managing system integrators, third-party partners and complex delivery landscapes
- Exceptional change leadership capabilities and a track record of embedding new ways of working
- Programme Management qualifications such as MSP, PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent
