Where you’ll be working

We are looking for a Programme Manager –Salesforce Service Cloud

  • Location: Corby and London
  • Tenure: Initially 2-3 months as a consultant, later 1 year FTC role.
  • Sponsorship: No sponsorship provided for this role

Client Leadership and Governance

  • Serve as the senior delivery representative on client site, operating credibly with programme leadership, IS&T architecture, customer service operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Establish and chair programme governance forums including steering committees, design authorities, RAID reviews, and structured status reporting cadences.
  • Own the escalation path between client stakeholders and delivery leadership, ensuring issues are surfaced, triaged, and resolved with urgency.
  • Provide advisory challenge by identifying downstream risks in stated requirements and proposing pragmatic alternatives rather than accepting scope at face value.

Delivery Management

  • Own the integrated programme plan across all channels and market waves, including dependencies, critical path, and milestone gates.
  • Coordinate parallel workstreams covering platform build, global template development, data migration, integration, quality engineering, and business readiness.
  • Govern a distributed team model with programme leadership and business analysis in the UK and the majority of engineering capacity offshore in India.
  • Manage wave-by-wave mobilisation, including short-duration travel to European markets for design workshops, go-live, and hypercare.

Scope, Commercial, and Change Control

  • Maintain the scope baseline and operate formal change control, especially at boundaries with client-owned platforms and adjacent enterprise programmes.
  • Own the assumptions and dependencies register, ensuring all interfaces with client-managed systems have named owners and clear accountability.
  • Support commercial governance including effort tracking, forecasting, invoicing milestones, and modular pricing by channel and wave.
  • Manage the transition from supplier-led delivery in early waves to a client-enabled support model in later waves, aligned to a build-operate-transfer approach.

Business Readiness and Adoption

  • Coordinate with the client’s central change function and in-market champions to ensure readiness, training, and adoption activities run continuously alongside technical delivery.
  • Oversee knowledge transfer, documentation, runbooks, and service acceptance artefacts required for operational handover.
  • Own hypercare and stabilisation planning for each market cutover, ensuring rapid issue resolution and smooth transition into BAU.
