Programme Manager
Does supporting deep tech and engineering entrepreneurs from across the UK motivates you? If so, we’d love to hear from you. We are looking for a Programme Manager to support with managing our flagship, ScaleUp Institute endorsed programme - the Shott Scale Up Accelerator. The programme helps founders and senior leaders with the leadership skills, networks and capabilities needed to scale deep tech companies successfully.
In this outward-facing role you will be expected to deploy your skills and expertise for high-quality delivery of the accelerator, while also contributing to new scale up support interventions and strengthening the Academy Enterprise Hub’s engagement with the wider engineering and deep tech ecosystem. Working closely with the Senior Programme Manager, this role will combine programme operations and day-to-day delivery, awardee support, stakeholder engagement and evidence-led improvement to help scaleups access the expertise, networks and resources they need to grow.

Our location
Our light, spacious head office is based in a fantastic location in central London with views over St James’s Park and close to the West End. We operate hybrid, flexible working practices with a baseline for office based working of a mandatory weekly team day plus further days each week as required for the role and the Academy.
