Data Delivery Lead / Programme Manager | Contract | Inside IR35 | Remote

I’m currently supporting a leading consultancy with an urgent requirement for an experienced Data Delivery Lead / Programme Manager to join a major transformation programme for a global CPG organisation.

The programme is implementing a new Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system, with multiple data and technology workstreams running in parallel. This is a key coordination role, bringing together different teams and ensuring the overall programme remains aligned and on track.

The opportunity

The initial focus will be supporting the current Mexico deployment before moving into the EU phase from October. The EU programme is expected to run through to mid-2027 and will provide exposure across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements through to implementation.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate multiple data and technology workstreams
  • Own the overall programme delivery plan and dependencies
  • Oversee data migration activities
  • Coordinate master data implementation
  • Manage SAP ERP integration, particularly around product master data
  • Coordinate Salesforce integration activities
  • Manage stakeholders across business and technical teams
  • Ensure teams remain aligned against programme objectives, timelines and deliverables
  • Support delivery through testing and go-live
  • Transition into the EU phase and support the programme through its full lifecycle

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
