About the Role
As Programme Manager, Town Centres, you will lead the delivery of some of Rochdale’s most ambitious regeneration programmes. This fixed-term maternity cover provides an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact, lead a talented team of Project Managers and oversee a diverse portfolio of investment and regeneration projects.

Working collaboratively with Rochdale Borough Council, developers, investors and a wide range of stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in transforming places, securing investment and delivering projects that create lasting economic and social value.
Key Requirements
- Experienced and strategic leader with a strong track record in regeneration, programme management, and partnership working.
- Ability to solve complex challenges.
- Skilled at building trusted relationships.
- Ability to inspire others to deliver exceptional outcomes.
